Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. Upon enrolling in classes at Encore Dance Studio, a binding contract is formed, and your child’s attendance is strictly subject to full adherence to these Terms and Conditions.

If any parent or student is found to be in material or persistent breach of these Terms and Conditions, Encore Dance Studio reserves the right to terminate the contract immediately and/or exclude the student from classes, either temporarily or permanently, without further liability.

Class Booking, Fees & Payments

Payment Methods

Bank Transfer/BACS is the only accepted method of payment.

Payments must be made in GBP (Pound Sterling).

No other payment methods will be accepted.

Payment References

All BACS payments must include the relevant invoice number as the payment reference.

Failure to include the correct reference may result in the invoice being treated as unpaid if the payment cannot be identified.

A receipt will be issued once payment has cleared against the invoice.

Fees & Price Changes

All Class Fees and Additional Fees are subject to change.

Encore Dance Studio will provide a minimum of 30 days’ notice prior to any fee increase.

Binding Agreement & Non-Payment

Your digital signature constitutes a binding agreement to these payment terms.

Any unpaid invoices may be passed to a debt collection agency, and you will be liable for the outstanding amount plus any legal costs, interest, and late payment charges in accordance with applicable legislation.

Exclusion or Expulsion

In the event that a student is excluded or expelled, Encore Dance Studio reserves the right to pursue payment of any outstanding fees, which will become immediately payable.

Cancellations & Refunds

Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued if classes are cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Fire, flood, storm, or severe weather

Transport disruption due to snow

Acts of God

Pandemic or epidemic

Industrial action

War, civil unrest, or terrorist threat/incident

Late Payments

A £10 late payment fee will be applied if payment is received after the invoice due date but before the start of the relevant term.

Notice Period & Cancellation

Notice Requirement

A minimum of one (1) month’s written notice is required to cancel enrolment.

The notice period begins on the date the studio receives written notice.

Payment During Notice Period

Fees remain payable during the notice period, regardless of attendance.

No refunds or credits will be issued for classes not attended during this time.

Method of Notice

Cancellations must be submitted in writing, either:

By email, or by completing a cancellation form 

Verbal or text message cancellations will not be accepted.

Outstanding Balances

All outstanding fees must be settled before cancellation can be processed.

Re-Enrolment

Students wishing to return after cancellation may be subject to re-enrolment fees and class availability.

Exceptional Circumstances

Encore Dance Studio reserves the right to review cancellations on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as injury or relocation.

By enrolling, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the above Terms and Conditions.
